Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description or advertised features
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If you believe your product meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.
To assess your claim, we may require:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photographic or video evidence where applicable
If your claim is approved, we will provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify any claims before a resolution is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used may not be eligible for return unless they are deemed faulty.
